JETTING.....

So I was going to "surprise" my husband on Sunday nite (Sept. 6th) about our quick "jet a-way" to the "BIG CITY" NEW YORK but I couldn't hang & so I told him Monday nite....I know I suck when it comes to "surprises"!! So this is how it's going to go...we are jumping on the flight that leaves at 11:05p.m. (Sept. 6th) and shoots straight to JFK putting us in there @ 5:30a.m. (Sept. 7th LABOR DAY) & then cruise around a little and make our way to our tour bus. ("Hop on Hop off") The tour starts @ 8a.m. going to about 50 attractions (you choose which ones you want to stop off at) that NYC has, and then ends @6p.m. make our way to the airport..and our flight back @ 8p.m. putting us back here in UTAH at 11p.m. Woo woo....save on some $$$ for a hotel since its one day, on a car rental (we would have no idea where to drive ha..ha..ha..) and finding the attractions HOI....we would need more than one day!! And the BIG PLUS...not really any vacation time to take for work so NOTHING beats a ONE DAY JET!!

Yet another lesson to be learned!!

So it's been a minute since I've "blogged" yet I'm on here it seems ALL the TIME, I just find myself being to lazy to blog. So much has happened since the last real blog other then the ones I put down today. I think ONE thing that really STANDS out right now for me...is yet another "eye opener" about life, my priorities, my family, and work.

Recently my ward Hunter 13th had there Youth Conference I was only able to attend the "bond fire" & just LOVED being among the young people, but it was the LEADERS that I was appreciative of. Since starting at Jetblue I've had to work Sunday mornng so I haven't been able to attend church as much as I should & boy....was I feeling it!! My cousin Sinai is the YW President, and then my cousins wife Kauata Bloomfield is the 1st counselor & my sister Lupy the 2nd counselor. For the YM President its Vai Lutui & of course his beautiufl wife Saane who covers ALL the duties of a counselor & secretary. These leaders including the BOMB Bishop Soakai have strenghted my testimony in so many ways..espicially that night @ the "bond fire". I came back home to tell my husband how me & him have our priorities messed up...how we don't sacrafice enough time, money, talent, support, be an example for the youth or anything at all with the church. Yet I have WITNESSED time & time again that it is only when I'm lost in the WORK of the LORD that it is then I am TRULY HAPPY & BLESSED!! Thank you Nai for your great example of the type of women, mother, daughter, sister & leader that I hope to become more like!!

So Jayy came home one day from one of his friends house, and had this XBOX with him, and I immediately rolled my eyes...like "great...another game thing" well guess what? He hooked it up and told me "Here Love come check it out" and guess what? Freeking has all the "old school" games that I remember playing. Boy was Jayy in for a treat...he set that mug up & there I was his "Chubby Chubby" playing like a little girl. All he could do was laugh & say "hell yea...that my Chubby Chubby" I was so excited I HAD to take a picture & of course texted my brothers & nephew Wyate to let them see what I was doing....ha...ha...see it doesn't take much for me to be a "kid @ heart"!!

<-----Isn't he a cutie...yes #4 for my sister Mino & Pepe's lil growing clan of boys!! Wow what a blessing...and already he is fitting in the family. Baby Simse (which I think I'm spelling wrong..oh well) is named after his Great Grandpa on his Dad Pepe (Mekiloni) side. From what we hear he was a very funny man back in Vaini and very well known. He makes it # 11 of the Grandkids for my parents!! Welcome Baby Simse....

TIME is FLYING by....

As you can tell from the date of the last post....I'm SLACKING!! More like pure lazieness!! Anyhow I'm off work today because I have to go in tomorrow boooo nah Saturday's are good nice and quiet and slow!! Just a little update...next week we'll be having Baby Sam's long waited "baby shower" to much over the last two months since he's gotten here BUT now...it's his time to shine!! The following Saturday is our son "BoBo's" 1yr old b-day party another long awaited function...and then the following week we are planning our San Diego trip for my B-day...and going to "surprise" & "force" my parents to go with us!! They need a nice lil getaway one that doesn't consist of rushing for a familiy function, no grandkids, no staying at relatives house no same scenery just a nice quick trip away...relaxing....so wish us luck as we plan that little getway!! Other than that life is good, LOVE my Baby Jayy, love my FAMILY immediate & extended, love my jobs & greatful for ALL the blessings I have along with the "trials" that we may face....Heavenly Father has truly blessed us!! So there you have it for now, a little random, confussing, but hey I least I got a little blog in for the month of August!!

"Because the rain" what the.....

Ok the funniest story so if you know my Dad you know how he LOVES his yard. Since I could remember my Dad always tried to keep up with his yard mowing, gardening, watering etc. Since we've moved in with my parents my husband just like he did when we lived on our own always remembers every week to keep up with my Dad's yard. Now if you know Jayy what ever he does he does to the END & to the BEST that he can. So when I say he mowes....that means the weed whacker, the blower, garbage bags are all out. We'll about 2-3 weekends ago (a Friday) I remember Jayy was out mowing, blowing, pulling and using this weed killer spray he had bought, and it had started to rain so he finished up and came in. That night we had attended the Stake Rode Show with my family, and then the following morning Jayy woke up pretty early to finish spraying the weeds out in the yard. We'll guess what......what was once GREEN like a nice RICH GREEN GRASS somehow as the days passed it was now popping up around the lawn as a bright YELLOW. Unfortunately Jayy had assumed the bottle of weed killer he bought was like one he used before. He assumed it to work as the other had where ever he sprayed it would just kill only the weeds not the grass. Anyhow we all left it alone until this past Saturday we went out to breakfast my parents, me, Jayy, Mino and Lu and this was my Dad's story.

Dad: Hi Admir

Neighbor: What happen to your grass?

Dad: Oh because the rain, it rain to much....

They both start laughing...only Dad would lie for his son-in-law HOI!!

How I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE HIM!!

I know it's been a minute, but it's been pretty C R A Z Y around here!!

Now I know those (all 3-4) of you that read my blogs know by my past blogs my little outburst with my husband...but duh who doesn't have those moments? If you think you are one of them your a LIAR...ok j/p I'm jealous!!

It's been about 2 weeks that I have been MADLY and I mean MADLY in LOVE with my husband!! Is that a wierd comment or what? We'll not really and I hope to clarify it realy quick. I guess you can just say that sometimes (really the majority of the time) I'm blinded by what this MAN does for me & my family!!

Now I apoligize if this come off as "bragging" but hey maybe us women need to do that a little more about our husbands for ALL the things, words, objects what ever it maybe that we throw at them. Now no excuses but the past 2years and 4 months I've had so many people come up to me and tell me great compliments about my "Baby Jayy" and I found myself lately taking it for granted. One of the earliest "action" that caused a lot of people's attention about my him was the "fanning". A little explanation of that was Jayy knows how hot I get, and when I start sweating boy does it show, so he never failed to "fan" me with WHATEVER he could find, and WHERE EVER we were, if I was walking, or sitting, eating he had that "fan" moving!! Another was his LOVE for my parents...the first day he met my parents he referred to them as Mom & Dad, and let me just say that caught my Dad the "Golden Bear" from the get go!! He is constantly there for me to lean on, he is truly the MAN I have always DREAMED of only MORE then I expected, makes me become the WOMEN that I have always wanted to be. It's funny how mean he may look, or the crazy stories you hear about him, but its true he's the one with the BIGGEST HEART out of his boys!! No shame in showing his affection, no shame in chillen with his wife @ church, family functions, at home with my parents, or cruising with me & my sisters it DON'T matter as long as his QUEEN CHUBBY CHUBBY is happy so is he!! He still gives me "butterflies" when I know I'm going home to him!! I love you Jason Irvin NyDegger my lil explanation does NO JUSTICE in what you do EVERYDAY for me & my FAMILY!! It is an honor to be your wife!!
